Dear Flavors of Mexican Cuisine Members:
Today we start with something we hope you like and fills you with curiosity and, above it all, with pride for the origins and traditions of Mexico and the dissemination of them around the world. The creator of this project – today in Brazil as another ambassador of the flavors and recipes that made of Mexico a reference of global cuisine and an example due to its variety -, begins the chronicle of his days and experiencies en Balneario Camboriú, a brazilian province filled with carnival spirit and intensity where, from his particular trench in two different restaurants, he shows and takes the importance of Mexican gastronomy into the palates of Brazil to make them experience the endless range of feelings and ingredients that makes Mexico a great country.
So, it is with this that Flavors of Mexican Cuisine once again fills with pride in sharing with you this new section that, more than that, is a new project within this path of dreams respecting, rescuing, sharing and preserving in Mexico and around the globe, those flavors that give us our identity.
We sincerely hope you enjoy this new section we open today that will takes us along side Emmanuel Prieto into the pulse, anecdotes, moments and learnings in the day-by-day of a Mexican living in Brazil.
We’re pleased to introduce to you “A Mexican-Flavored Brazil”
Thank you all for your support,
The Staff of Flavors of Mexican Cuisine
