CHRITSMAS SALAD

Ingredients

2 beets peeled in buckets

1 1/2 lettuce bloodletting

1 pomelo cut in supreme

2 apples peeled in buckets

1 orange without skin in segments

1/2 cup of grapes without skin and without seeds

2 cups of jicamas haircuts in buckets

200 grs of toasted peanuts

Ingredients for seasoning

250 ml of red wine

150 ml of vinegar of white wine

oil of olive tree

1 clove of garlic

1 teaspoonful of nutmeg

1 teaspoonful of cinnamon powdered

salt and pepper to the taste

Preparation

All  ingredients of the salad are mixed with olive oil and reserved

For  seasoning the garlic is gilded in olive oil, mix with the wine, vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and pepper. It is allowed to limit to low fire in 10 minutes or until it has come down to the half of the miscellany. Move back from the fire and allowed to cool
