Millesime Mexico it’s about to start.

Mexico has become a world beacon in terms of gastronomy issues. And in 2011 is going to be clear as crystal as the Formula 1 of Gastronomic Events is coming to Mexico City. We present to you Millesimé Mexico 2011.

What is Millesimé México? A place where the best of the best in world’s gastronomy share their experience and, mostly, they cook for those lucky enough to be in this enormous event. Forget all those gastronomical events where chefs are on the stage for a conference while you walk from stand to stand and, maybe, from time to time and after a long time waiting for him to appear, you can get an autographed book or magazine. No… Millesimé brings you closer to the gastronomy and its creators as you had never been.

The public in this event will be sitting at a table for a six course meal prepared by Michelin Starred Chefs, pairing this magnificent meal with the best wines specially selected by the best Sommeliers in Mexico. You will witness Cooking Shows and Cooking Duels between the best chefs in the world and you will have the best mexican cuisine experience ever. Come to enjoy the flavors of so many chefs, such as Paco Ronero, Richard Camarena, Xosé Torres Cannas and Marcos Morán. Live a first hand vision of mexican cuisine with Martha Ortiz, Enrique Olvera, José Ramón Castillo and many of the best cooks in the world.

So, now you know. After five years with total success at Madrid and Valencia, and two years with better success at Sao Paulo, Millesimé Mexico comes to town next november, from 15th to 17th and Flavors of Mexican Cuisine will be there to get you every detail. Stay tuned for more.

About Carlos Dragonné
