Onion and chile
Clean the Nopales thoroughly and cut into small pieces. Tails are cooked with onion stalks, after boil wash again with a little baking soda to lose the rubber and foam, then drain. Almost dry, get fried in lard add the eggs fry, beat an cover with the eggs. You can add onion, garlic and chile, chopped, as desired.
This same recipe is used for Nopales Navigators, which are stewed in a broth of beef with green chile.
