When it comes to fast food, there are dozens of options in my town. When I’m in the mood for burgers I’ll head to In N Out, and when I want chicken I might head to KFC. When I want Mexican food though, I usually pass up on Taco Bell and Del Taco and head over to Miguel’s Jr. They haven’t been around as long as the other chains but they know how to make a great tasting burrito.
