Chef Josefina Santacruz introduces Israelis to Mexican food

Jerusalem –  Mexican chef Josefina Santacruz wraps up this week her first culinary foray into Israel, where she revealed secrets of Mexican cuisine while sharing kitchens and dining tables with local chefs.

Invited as a member of a Mexican Agriculture Secretariat delegation that brought food producers and business executives to the country to introduce their products to Israel, Santacruz was in charge of preparing the menu for an official reception at the Mexican ambassador’s residence near Tel Aviv.
