Although you could found nice dining and drinking venues, the fame was located on the beaches, the nightlife and, of course, the enormous resorts, mostly all-inclusive but without a real culinary option inside of them.
2012 will be a gastronomic revolutionary year in these two paradises of the Mexican Caribbean thanks to the initiative of a man, deeply in love with these land, just like many others, and he intents to boost the Caribbean in a top first place with an event that hardly will find competition in Mexico.
